To Create a Workflow From an Event

Follow these steps to create a workflow from an event from either View or Edit mode.
  1. Open the Event from which you wish to create a workflow.
  2. If you are in View mode,
    1. From the Object menu, select Create workflow.
      The Create Workflow page opens and displays a list of available workflow templates.
    2. Select the workflow template that you want to use.
    3. Click Create.
  3. If you are in Edit mode,
    1. On the Overview tab, expand the Workflows topic.
    2. Click Add. The Pick Workflows dialog appears. For example,
    3. To assign yourself as the owner of the workflow, select Set as owner.
    4. Locate the workflow that you want to use by selecting either Enter names and numbers, Select objects from the Basket, or Use the search to find objects.
    5. When you are finished, click Relate.
The workflow is created for this event and appears in the list of workflows in the Workflows topic.
